There is this guy named Fred who I like.I saw him kissing him kissign this other girl on the cheek when I confronted him about it hje said Donnt worry about it I like you she is just a friend. Me and Fred are not going out. Do you think I should believe him yes or no

Its obvious you like this guy, but you cant worry about his love life or the choices he makes. Especially if you are not dating him.
On another note, you can like him, and be his friend while he likes another girl.
I guess to answer your question- you have no reason not to believe a guy for saying that he doesn't really have anything special for the girl. But feelings change. He might like her some other time. You have to let things slide and not worry about it until you date him.

If you're not going out. Why would you care, if you kiss someone on the cheeks. Just make sure over. He's not kissing her on her lower lips
