something we do or wish for purpose. admit and share them to us, how you do your prayers, what you pray for and why you wish when you pray.

I want to know as well, why some religious individuals acts as if they were invincible as if no one can fault them?

I never ever wish for anything in my prayers. God does not do magic tricks.

I always give God praise and thanks in my prayers.

I try to think of others in my prayers.

I always acknowledge I am no better than anyone else. I am thankful that God gave me (a sinner) a second chance to get myself right and to serve Him.
I admit I am not always right, but then I am not always wrong.

I have many prayers throughout the day.

Rosary in the morning for the unborn
Chaplet of the Divine Mercy for the sick, dying and the souls in purgatory
Rosary in the afternoon for those that I know
The Memorare for spiritual strenght
To St. Michael for guidance in my spiritual battles

I often pray for the religious communities

These are all in addition to my usual prayers at the Eucharist, meals, and other times when I need the Grace.

With the exception of prayers for strength, I rarely pray for myself, always for others.

As to why I act as if no one can fault me. . . I answer only to God at the end of my life, not to you, my mother or any one else - therefore you can not fault me - only God can do that.

That said, I know that I am not perfect - I make mistakes and have faults. I do not need anyone telling me that.

Prayer is personal communication with God. It is the souls sincere desire, uttered or unexpressed.
It begins by addressing our Father in Heaven, it is He to whom we pray.
Then we thank him for our many blessings, showing gratitude for what He has done for us.
Third, we ask Him for what we need, expressing our desires for the moment, day, week, etc. We can be as specific as we want to be. We should pray for that which is right, not for vain desires or that which is wrong. If we ask for a wrong thing (not knowing that it is wrong), we should also ask if our idea or choice is right. Then we have to quietly feel for the answer. If we feel peaceful and calm and comfortable inside, then our request was right and He has heard us. If we feel uncomfortable or confused about the subject, then our request was wrong and we need to rethink the issue and present it again.
When we are done with our prayer, presented what was on our mind during the prayer, then we close in the name of Jesus Christ. He is our mediator with the Father and we do all that we do in His name.
If you will follow this pattern, you will feel answers to your prayers. We must be sincere, humble and faithful in our requests, giving thanks always and asking for what we stand in need of.
Best wishes.

A spiritual master once remarked that the reason we have problems is that our prayers and plans worked; when we allow God's plan, there can be no problems.

Since I do not know God's plan for me all the time, my prayers consist mostly of spiritual exercises during which I submit all my worries to God and listen for guidance on how to meet my challenges. I have remarkable success.
