I hate Gloss and Semi Gloss paint! I heard you can also wipe off dirt from eggshell Paint? Is this true, or is it only gloss that you can clean? Also, what type of paint is durable enough to handle the bathrooms high moisture?

There are not really hard and fast rules about how easy it is to clean paint but basically the less glossy it is the harder it is to clean. So if you really don't like semi gloss or gloss then try one of the many (there are like 6 levels of glossiness in baer paint at my home depot that are between gloss and flat). For bathrooms I have used exterior paints before and not had any problems there are special "bathroom" paints but I don't know that they are worth the money. I think that as long as you vent out the steam but opening the door or window or fan once you are done in the bathroom then it shouldn't be a problem.

Besides gloss and semi-gloss, you can wipe satin and eggshell paint. The only paint that you really can't wipe is flat. I have satin paint in both of my bathrooms. I tried semi-gloss, but it was way too shiny.

Try this on for size. Paint your room flat, and then paint on a clear mattre acrylic finish. It works!!! The matte finish acts like a varnish on a stained piece.
