Is there any way i Can go to tijuana, buy a car, and bring it back? they are so cheap there and would it be worth it?

If any vehicle is imported to the US, it must pass safety regulations and emmissions regulations.
Safety regulations can be any where from the correct glass, seat belts and crash protection. Emmissions will cover engine and exhaust.
It can be done, but may not be worth it for cheap vehicles.

You will have many taxes and fees to pay to import a vehicle. Check with your states' Dept Of Motor Vehicles on the correct procedure for doing this. Good luck.

Remember, you get what you pay for.

You won't save that much, and you could easily have problems titling the car in the states, Mexico's laws are far different than ours. Buy in the states, you can check the VIN for problems.
