First don't tell her you love her; you'll freak her out. Because you can't love someone you don't really know. You could go up to her and ask her if she'd like to go out to dinner or for a cofee. Something easy and casual

Well for one, the L word is a huge commitment. I used to throw the word love around a lot... and it just messes with people. Don't tell her you "love" her first. If I were you, I would work on just dating her casually... don't make it such a huge deal. Then when you feel comfortable enough in your relationship to drop the L bomb, go for it!
