You're talking about my heart so becareful. It is
broken right now. It was transparent to my Ex. Now, it's cold as ice cause I won't forgive her.

It really all depends on the time and circumstance
and this is why...
By the sound and tone and body language, you can easily determine
what the one who is saying it
really means;
as it could apply to all three.
It would help if he were to say
what comes after the "thought" such as:
"She has a heart of glass!
unless I treat her like crystal,
she crumbles at my feet!"
or
"She has a heart of glass,
every one sees right through it
and I just hate seeing people
use her like this."
or
"She has a heart as cold as glass,
that was left too long in the freezer
or
for the fact the word "glace"
in French for instance
is used in three ways:
a mirror,
an ice-cream cone,
which we all know can melt
unless eatin' quickly)
and for ice...
could have led people
to associate the term to mean
"cold as ice".

I don't know. It could be interpreted as any of the above. It depends on the context. (the story surrounding the use of the term)
