Female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She is white with a few brindle patches on her body and one over her right eye. She also has a mild temperament. Thanks for your input.

Shandie ...
Really big with lil girl pups right now, and I think its cute too.
Good luck with your new baby.
I just got a new puppy also.
He is a cocker spaniel, white with tan spots, tan ears, and he has little tan freckles.
The first thing I thought of when I saw him was Thumper from bambi, thats his name.
Best wishes!!

Hi look at me! I am a female Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I just won my first 4 point major in a local dog show in Alaska!
My registered name is Wimaru's Inquisitive Mind, I was dubbed "Clue" by the breeder because I was always like an investigator on the trail! However, my new family calls me Action because I am full of it. From which kennel did you get your new puppy?
Names are fun. Some of my puppies will be named with interesting names like Actions Mission Impossible aka Ethan Hunt or Huntly.
You could name your puppy Blondies Little Rascel, you said she has a patch then you could call her Rascel or Spot or whatever really.
Come vist us in Alaska, so that you can keep in touch with other proud staffy owners.

Go on to a baby name website or check out a book and find a name you think will fit her. After all dogs are basically your family and best friend. All of my dogs have had human names like Molly and all that. Or you can always name her after your favorite car make or model like my brother did with his Walker Coon Hound, Chevy Nova. Or you can go with a more traditional dog name like Patches, Spot, Lucky, Sweety, Baby Girl.

I'd go with an older name, kind of like a pirate name because of the patch over the eye or even a cowgirl name.

I found for pirate:
Lady Killigrew (atlantic)
Fanny (fictionnal pirate)
or
Gertrude - 1898-1903 pirate of the kootenay lake and river system of BC canada also known as Gunpowder Gertie

I really like weird names for dogs, also that has an oiginal meaning.

for cowgirl:

Lucille (Mulhall)
"World's Champion Roper -- America's Greatest Horsewoman -- Queen of the Range -- and the only woman who ever roped steers competitively with men.

Hope you like!

My daughter says name her Paisley, or Jean.

My father had a friend who named his dog kitty, and his cat dog... it was obviously really funny when he called them over for some attention!

Bull terriers are not little fuzzy cute dogs, so a cutsie name doesn't seem to be something that fits.

Something like Sally or Georgia... a bigger type of girl name... like a trucker name seems to fit a little better.

You could go with Daisy... like Daisy Duke, or Ella... like Ella Fitzgerald.

You could calll her Blackie for her darkened eye, or Suzie for her temperment.

I'm just throwing them out there... hope that gets your brain rolling in creativity!
