I have multiple sclerosis so my memory is somewhat challenged but am very educated... the short term memory piece has been very challenged but I continue to push on and experiment with different avenues to help me memorize things, etc. My life is very full with life but have had the disease for ~ 28yrs. total

I find that writing everything down helps me. If you visit many different websites or use several different programs, keep a little notebook next to your computer with each website/program and it's particular password written down next to it. Of course, if you are concerned about security reasons or having others in your home/office look at your book, keep it somewhere else. But keep all your passwords written in one place.
I find that when signing up for a new website and having to create new passwords, this technique works for me. (I too have MS) Anyway, I write everything down, even if I believe I'll remember it later. It just makes me feel better to have something to rely on down the road.
Some of my friends use a hand-held recorder instead of writing things down, they can just talk into their little machine. They like that technique too.
I think its important that we keep pushing on and live our lives to the fullest! Good luck to you -- you seem to have a lot of spunk!

What is the password for? Is it for a website, or is it for a Word document? Letting us know what the password is for may help us find an answer a little quicker.
