There is a strange stuff on the wing of this plane.What is it ?

Are you refering to the pencil shaped objects? If so they give the plane an efficient way to shed loose electrons, static electricty, as it travels through the air. Like a lightning rod in reverse.

Static wicks, the logo light that highlights the tail and the white nav position light. There is one white position light on each wing tip.

The rods appear to be anti-static devices and the pod looks like ti houses the marker lights and possibly some instrumentation.

THAT OFF THE RIGHT WING TIP IS A LIGHT AND IT SHOWS UP ON THE TAIL OF THE AIRCRAFT SO THE AIRLINES LOGO SHOWS AT NIGHT

Those are called static wicks. They help remove static electricity from the aircraft while it's flying.

That is strange, it looks like a lamp to me, maybe to illuminate the tail...
