Don't tell him or do anything about it. It's not a good idea to get involved with people you work with, especially your boss.

There's a lot to consider here. 1) is he married? if so, stay away. 2) are you in a relationship? if so, well, that's up to you. 3). is it gonna get him fired if he gets involved with you? if yes, stay away. 4) if he's into you and you're into him and you work at a crap job, then quit and go out with him.
