Give your heart time to heal, yourself time to grow up and he will soon be only a memory. Also, spend less time worrying about him, less time on the computer, and find a good book to read. Down the road you will be happier for it.

The question you should be asking your self is do you miss him as a friend or a boyfriend. If you miss him as a bf I say move on things would just be too hard on you and push the two of you further away so there would be hope in ever being friends. If you miss him as a friend tell him and just give him the time to come around to feel comfortable talking to you again. If you still care about him as a friend you don't want to pressure him or push him away. But time is the important thing here for both of you not matter what feelings may still be there. I went through the same thing 2 and half months ago and I am still not over it, it is hard but it needs to be done. me and my ex are now finally talking as friends it is nice to hear that familiar voice but it does still hurt and will for a while. Just keep busy girl and you will be fine! :)

Why keep talking to him? All it does is rip off the scab that has begun to heal. The relationship ended - you were wise to tell him that you are not able to be his friend. That may change in 6-12 months but for right now, stick to your decision. It was the right one.
Hang in there - you'll be fine.

Forget him and concentrate on school, especially your English class. He has moved on with another girl. You told him you didn't want to be his friend, so too late to change your mind. So, what kind of grades do you get in English? You don't say: "Me and this guy was best friends........" The correct English is: "This guy and I were best friends......."
(Were, not was.) Study girl! And forget the boys for now.
