What happends to a cockroach if it crawls in someone's nose?

Would it make it in their lungs? or where would it go? And would it die?

i would think it would go to the sinus before the lungs. either way, i think it would die. mucus from sinus or your lungs would attack and drown it. either way, not a pleasant thought.

It probably wishes it hadn't taken that last turn...
and that it had something else for a last supper...
