How should i get my haircut?

I have shoulder length hair (im a male) and its messy. I want to look evil tho, and many say i need to get it cut. How can i get it cut to look evil?

Cut it short all at once and you'll go into shock.

If you have long hair and enough hair to support such long hair, and I suspect you do, you'll be able to carry it off shorter or longer. A lot of men and women will have comments about don't cut your hair if you have long hair, even though they don't have long hair, have hair shorter than yours and in men--don't plan on trying to grow it as long as yours. But they wish.

Short, you're stuck. It's short; that's it. Long can go to short; short can't go to long overnight. Get a crew cut and the next day your friends won't know you and you look in the mirror and you won't know who's looking back at you.

get it cut like shorter and then make is spike up i have always thought that it kind of looked like the devil like because the spikes might look like horns
