I'm on Weight Watchers right now, and I'm losing 1-4 lbs per week. I know that's the healthy way to go but I've got 30 more I want to loose and don't want to take that long. Anyone have any (serious) suggestions. All you skinny people that don't have to watch what they eat, please do not reply, I already don't like you!!! haha!

I'm not sure exactly how weight watchers works...but what I did to lose weight is count every single calorie and gram of fat tht I consumed. I set a daily limit for myself and was careful not to go over the limit. Average people need 2,000 calories and 65 grams of fat a day. Try starting with that and eventually working your way to half of that. The less the better!
