i dont own any weights. i dont have time to go to the gyms because i get off work late and then i have to pick up my daughter. can anyone give me some tips?

you're gonna HAVE to lift those arms! There's no other way.

Do it around the house every day using stuff like canned veggies or something. I think backlifts done while you're bend over frontwards works for the flabby wing that flops around when you wave at someone.

Do push ups or save gallon milk jugs and fill them w/ water and try doing curls with those. Bout it unless you just want to go buy some weights.

Isometric exercise will do that, and you already have the equipment.
