How should I interpret this? Should I email her now?

isn't it like $30 to email people. I could waste that away at a bar no problem and have nothing to show for it.... or you could pay the fee and email her.... never know what could happen

she obviously likes what you said and perhaps likes your profile but is maybe too scared to make the first move. I say go for it what could it hurt?
