I got a Tetness shot like a year ago and ever since i got it , every time i touch my arm otr put preasure on it it kills like it really huet i dont know why and my docter dosnt eather! any ideas>? thanks

See another doctor. If it's still painful, then you need to find someone that can diagnose the problem. If your current doctor doesn't know, then find someone who does before it becomes worse.
