Does anyone know how I can find a better place to live, using astrology, where there are helpful people? The people I meet here are not very nice and not very helpful.

Astrology is your problem. There are good and bad people everywhere. The larger cities seem to posses the rudest people, but are not limited just to large cities. Just choose your friends and those you want to be around carefully. Drop the astrology and start living in the real world. You will find that anyplace is a good place if you make it so.
