First off shoudn't you be in school lol,anywho to your question well boys your age are scared to tell the girl they like how they feel.So him staring at you is just like saying I like you but with action instead of words.Give it time and this boy will come up to you and ask you out,not that I'm incurring you to date at a young age but you are getting at that point in your life where you want a boyfriend too.Just don't do anything to young -k-.hope this helps good luck!

He likes you but he is very shy. Try talking to him and see what happens. Also with the twins. Try to notice differences. If you do, then you'll know which one is which.

He loves you! It is just so obvious it isn't even funny, well, maybe a little, but still!!!!! You should approach him and see if he wants to get an ice cream or something see how he reacts, and if you want, ask him how he feels.
