I know a ton of guys looking forward to church on sunday for this very reason

not necessarily rude, but it is inappropriate. Keep in mind that you are entering a house of the lord, and should dress accordingly. Going to church should be about worship...not picking up a date. If you meet someone at church, great; but save the skimpy stuff for when you're out about the town.

It's not an issue of rudeness; it's an issue of respect. There's a time and place for everything, but a little modesty goes a long way in church on any given Sunday. There's always something to be said for a little mystery and something left to the imagination.

Is it inappropriate? - Yes
Is it our place to judge? - Absolutely not.
Bottom line - She's at church and she's hearing the Word. Hopefully, the pastor will preach a sermon sometime soon about what it means to be a godly woman. Until then, be an example and don't sweat the small stuff.

It is inappropriate, and in my view, rude too. Some churches have a dress code for weddings, some won't allow strapless gowns or low-cut gowns. So brides/bridesmaids can wear jackets that match the dresses for the church, then put the goods on display for the reception.

It's not rude, but it is inappropriate. A good church will have a "come as you are" attitude. But there are things you just don't wear to church.

it may not be rude but it is in poor taste
just like you would not want to wear church clothes to go out on Friday night to a club

I think generally this is a matter of conscience and you should do as you feel is best according to what you are learning when in church. Usually that will guide you to what you feel is best.

If you really need to ask if it is appropriate to wear club clothing to church you have a problem! I mean really...isn't this just common sense! Have some respect!!
