if you have chosen Jesus as your Savior and turned your life over to Him to be Lord over.... and choose daily to walk with Him, talk with Him and have a relationship daily with God... you will be accepted into heaven
going to church is not a 'requirement' for heaven.... no where in the bible does it say you must go attend services once a week and on all special church chosen days. it IS nice and important tho to have friends and people you can go to for prayer and fellowship. those people will help you build your faith... and pray for you when you need help in other specific areas of your life. that is what going to church is... a time you can worship God with other believers... maybe you can find a church where you can actually make Christian friends... where you can enjoy spending time in worship

Yes. I don't go to church at all because there is corruption in all churches in some form or another. (Don't get me started on priest pedophiles).
What Christians have to remember is that everything came forth from God. That means God is in all things and in all places, especially in our hearts. His power and glory can NOT be confined into a church building. Even in the book of Acts 7:48 it says that, "God does not dwell in houses made by human hands." And in Acts 8:8-9 "And God knows the hearts and bares them witness, giving them the Holy Spirit, even as He did unto us; and put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
rxygrl0306 brought up a valid historical fact. Even Jesus himself said, "When two or more are gathered in My Name, I am there." Since He is the topic of this question and we all are participating by answering, one might consider this chat to be church. After all the people are the church, not the building.
And Dianne C, she's not alone we're all here to answer her question and give her support through her moment of doubt.

I don't think church is the main way you get to heaven. It's nice to go and be around people that believe the same thing you do, and to be spiritually uplifted. But I don't think it's necessary. I think having a personal relationship with God and Christ are what matters, and what you do in life. If you show God that you believe in him, and are following what you believe to be right, that's all that matters. You can have your own little services for yourself, right in your own mind, that could be your own church. It doesn't matter. Do what you feel is right and rely on the Lord to show you the way.

If you are asking this maybe the Holy Spirit is working on you to start attending church more often. You don't have to be a member of any church but having people and friends who are Christian around makes you stronger so when temptations arise you will be stronger.
But to answer your question, if you truly have accepted the Lord Jesus Chris as your Savior then you will be in Heaven

You will go to heaven, but it is important to have people of the same faith around you to hold you up and pray for you as well. Jesus does not want us to be an island to ourselves but to seek other Christians and spend time being accountable for your faith. If you have a light and you do not let it shine than who can see it but you and God? Find a church family that works for your style of worship. There are large and small, loud and quiet, but pray earnestly becuase God will help you find the right one for you. It took me quite a few churches to find one that I really feel comfortable in. But there are many to choose from. I will pray that you find your family soon!

Keep in mind that the earliest Christians did not have churches. They could not worship or learn from Jesus in temples for pagans or Jews. So, even the apostles had to 'make' a church in peoples homes. All early christians learned and worshipped in living rooms and fields!
Just like God exists whether you believe or not, if you worship God knows it, even if it's not in a building others made for God.

17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
(New Testament | James 2:17 - 18)
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
(New Testament | James 2:26)
Following christ is much more than praying and reading scriptures. We have to do the things that the Lord expects of us.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
(New Testament | James 1:22 - 23)

I don't see why you don't go to church. Physical disability, irritation with other members, disillusionment with the church itself, not a morning person? If you follow Jesus' example, fellowshiping with believers will be a part of your worship experience. It won't bar you from heaven, but it may be a thermometer of your spiritual life, and that maybe things aren't going as well as they could be.

Thou shall go to heaven if thy followeth these commandments:
1) Thou shalt not kill innocent people... that includes, no suicide bombing, no highjacking, no hostage taking etc.
2) Thou shalt not induce/force other people to convert to Christianity (I have too many people to redeem already!!)
3) Thou shalt critisise only thy own religion and not that of others.
4) Thou shalt not commit adultery and waste your time.
see, 10 commandments simplified!!
Then thou shalt enter the hallowed pearly gates even if thy foot never landeth in church!

Yes.
But, God doesn't want us to be alone. He wants His children to gather together, comfort eachother, encourage eachother, learn from eachother, help eachother.
Sometimes He will use another follower to answer our prayer.
Perhaps you rarely go to Church, because you haven't found the right church for you. I would give it a try.
I love my church family.
