I caught about a 12 pound cat , my dad caught a 30 pounder, and my cousin caught a 56 pounder on a jug in a private lake.

64 pound Flathead catfish 52 inches long

caught in Lake Marion / Santee cooper resiviour in SC. Using a live bream

I caught it at 4 in the morning 5 minutes after I woke up from a nap. What a way to wake up!!!

My biggest freshwater fish was a 46lb flat head while i was fishing a bass tour on lake monroe indiana.

13.5' white sturgeon. I'm not exactly sure how much the thing weighed because three of us couldn't lift it. It drug me about 20' down the rocky bank like I was water skiing and I weigh 185lbs. I finally got wedged up on a rock and my buddies had to hang on to me to keep me there. It took 9 hours to get it to shore so we could measure it and release it but that was the best day I've ever had fishing!!

31 pound rainbow trout out of Kootenay lake British Columbia.
the one that got away right at the boat was a huge sturgeon on the Fraser River near Mission British Columbia. my buddy said it was over 8 feet but i can't verify that.

not real sure, i never really weighed them or anything like that it was always a food deal...but i've caught catfish that would have been 6-8 pounds or more and bream/bluegill that are the size of both hands together...

Don't remember the weight, but it was a 59 inch Tiger Musky. Towed me and my little 8 foot aluminum boat ALL over the place. He also fried up real nice ;)
