Im kinda uncomfortable showwing my body to people so when I have sex I dont take my top off. Please help. How can I feel more comfortable with taking my clothes off?!?!?!

Wear some lingerie that you feel pretty in. A baby doll or camisole probably has the most coverage

have confidence in yourself, and think whats the worst that could happen. If you have a guy there and your both ready to go its not going to really matter what your body actually looks like. You were attractive enough through a shirt so your bare skin should be just fine. Like with most things, you may not be comfortable with something untill you do it a few times. I would reccomend starting to take your shirt off in steps. First start out with a stable relationship where you have been dating for a while. Next take your top off with the lights out and work to lights on. If you don't feel comfortable after that then find someone that doesn't mind sex with your shirt on.

No lights use candles, Let your partner take off your clothes, hopefully VERY SLOWLY, talk to your partner about your problem after all you want to have sex with them, if this person REALLY CARES about you they will be PATIENT and you try to relax. GOOD LUCK

You need some more self confidence girl! The guy is with you for a reason, he would probably love to see you. He is not going to judge your or make fun of you. How do you feel about seeing him naked? He probably feels the same way as you feel about him.

its your choice if you want to or not so it really dosent matter if you feel uncomftable leave it on but if u feel that the guy wont tease you about the way your body is then take it off but if you think he will leave it on but if he does then you shouldnt mess around with him.

im kinda the same way, i take my shirt off but i keep my bra on, when you feel comfortable enough to take everything off then do it, if he doesnt like it then he can step, yakno?
