ummmm i donno but what could help is to take a shower a couple times a day and I guess that if you feel yourself sweating then wipe off the sweat.
hope this helps
good luck
p.s. I just want to tell you since you put "AND ITS RUINING MY RELATIONSHIP" relationships are about love and not about how bad someone sweats. if your boyfriends/husband really truely loves you they would except you as you are and not want for you to change.

I heard celebrities get botox on their armpits so they don't sweat... and actually I found a website article that supports this http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/02/07/health/main598628.shtml
It may be expensive though. Otherwise, you may want to look into going to a natural foods store and see if they suggest natural remedies. I think there is body odor suppliments you can take that change you scent.
Actually I found something else too, it's called body mint and here is another article that talks about it.. http://www.bodymint.com/about/articles/latimes.html
It's $20 a bottle for a month supply, it's expensive but probably cheaper than botox.
I also had a friend that was prescribed some sort of cream for her odor and she had to put it under her armpits twice a day. It would dry out the area, I remember because her hands became dry from just applying it, but she no longer deals with this problem.
Make sure you are also using anti-bacterial soap rather than the moisterizing or scented ones. A good one is dial in the liquid form because it is anti-bacterial and there are some that smell nice too.

1. You have to take at least 2 showers a day.
2. Do not wear polyester! Polyester is going to make you sweat. Cotton is the best.
3. Use deodorant ALL the time.
4. Sometimes it has a lot to do with what you eat. (check for diets)
5. If you wax your body STOP immediately. Waxing can destroy you if you have sensitive body.
6. Do now wear same clothing after 1 day . Wash it immediately after taking it off.
GOOD LUCK

Bathe, use baby powder, check your personal spaces for possible source of odor, shower more often, use your hands to really scrub your feet in the shower/tub, especially between your toes. How about bad breath? Floss, brush your gums and your tongue. Ask your physician for something to calm you down just a bit, maybe you are overly excitable and sweat too much. Also, I'd ask the physician to check to see if you are a diabetic, undetected/untreated diabetics sweat very heavily. They also have intense thirst, do you?
Try another doctor, if this one isn't up to the challenge of detecting the cause.

Take a shower once a day, or even better, take two showers everyday. If you just want one shower everyday, put lots of nice smelling perfume on. Try wearing a hoodie that looks good. In the summer, all I can say is that you should put a lot of perfume and deodorant on. Try not moving your arms around a lot. I hope these work!

Try changing ur clothes twice a day uses alot of smelly stuff shower as oftern as possible.
Take a shower or bath every day. Wash your armpits, face, feet and between your legs with soap. Clean your vagina from front to back, but don’t wash the inside - you could get an infection and it cleans itself anyway.
• Deodorant makes your armpits smell nice and anti-perspirant stops you sweating altogether. Talcum powder helps keep feet fresh.
• You sweat more when on your period, so you might need to wash more then. Menstrual blood smells when it reacts with air and warmth, so change your tampons or sanitary towels regularly.
• Brush your teeth at least twice a day and see your dentist regularly.
• Check your clothes don't smell (sniff the armpits of your tops and the crotch of your trousers) and wear clean underwear and socks every day.

The wetness can be embarrassing, but not the biggest problem. The smell is what you're afraid of. I have an answer so simple you'll probably nearly ignore it at first:
CHLOROPHYLL!!!
Get a good brand, I recommend Nature's Sunshine, and drink an ounce or so every day. It takes a week or two, but it is amazing.
Not only does it have this effect, it is good for your liver, detoxifying for your body and full of vitamins, iron and other minerals.
It also wouldn't hurt to increase your water intake, avoid soda, junk food, sugar and to improve your diet. Good luck.

you should shower in the morning and pay particular attention to washing your underarm real well, over and over again until there's no oder in your underarm. maybe you're not washing it well enough (no pun intended). use a deoderant soap if possible. then pat your underarm dry with tissue. after your underarm is dry enough... use a stick deoderant apply one layer... let it dry. then put on another layer and let it dry. that should be enough but if you need a 3rd layer... go for it, then let it dry again. then try to wear loose shirts meaning don't wear shirt that's tight around the underarm. then when u get home... if u still don't feel so fresh, take a shower at night paying attention to washing your underarm and repeat the deoderant routine. good luck.

Drink allot of water and change your diet. If you eat spicy or hot foods cut back on that. You can also go to a health food store and pick up a body cleanse that should help more then the deodorant.
