I'm very thick in my thighs and hips and I have a slender waist and I'm very chesty. It's irritating because It's hard for me to work out and lose weigth from my thighs. What type of exercises should I do to trim my thighs?

It's hereditary, i'm actually similar to you, chesty and slim waisted. be thankful that you are chesty, at least it kinda balances out the proportion. just continue on with your cardio, do some squats and lunges... i try to minimize protein intake (not get rid of, but minimize) as of now, just to soften the muscles on my thighs while i'm working them out the most from all my muscle groups. this way, your body "eats" the thigh muscles and you lose them gradually. if you go to the gym, use the thigh adductor/abductor... the inner thighs are the hardest to tone, but sis, be patient and let your exercises sculpt your body naturally...

pilates, defienetly. in like 5 days flat there should be a diamond right between the inner top thighs. im ver thick too.

I know your problem, it's a pickle. Every solution my wife's tried hasn't worked. It's common for women to gain weight there.

cardio try to jog at-least 3 times a week or ride you re 2miles everyday every day if you have one
