I have a small frame (5'2, 120) ive always had bigger thighs and butt, i want to tone up and workout so i can wear a bathingsuit this summer, but i dont want to lose my big butt just tone and firm it...what should i do!?

I personally don't like big butts I prefer Upside down Heart shaped slim yet meatty heine but this is not about me the answer is Tai Bo

Comsult a doctor, then begin running 3 to 4 times per week, lift some weights 2 times and then pick up some tropicanna tanning oils....Oh most imprtantly do not eat the following foods: cookies, cakes, snack food, beef, sugars, ice cream, pastries, beer, soda pop, etc...

You get the picture I think...

Yoga and Pilates. They are both great for what you are looking for. But consistency is key, a couple of times a week at least. Good luck.

You should try Pilate's they are great for toning and firming, specially the lower body.

i'm the same as you. start some cardio and do lunges and squats so you can keep your butt but slim your thighs.
