Atfer I paid mine off I wort a letter asking for them to be removed and they did so try that..

Things that are on your credit report aren't easily removed. What you need to do before you settle this debt, talk to the company have them send something in writing that states that upon paying off the debt they will send you a letter and put on your credit report that you paid the debt off as agreed. That looks better on your report.
