I've started doing this thing with a few guys at work, where whoever loses the most weight each week gets $5 from each of the other people in the contest. It gives you some motivation to lose, so you don't have to keep paying your coworkers, and you can get some money instead.

Also, I had trouble eating foods that were better for me, so this is what I have been doing to lose weight. I still eat anything I want to eat, but I simply eat LESS of it. If I want a burger, I order a burger, but I don't order the whole value meal like I used to. It's been working well for me.

Good luck,
~Kyle

What helped me was that I started by doing healthy eating four days a week and eating whatever I wanted three days a week. I found that after a couple of weeks, I craved healthier foods and actually would get a little sick when I didn't eat well. Also, find some type of exercise or activity that you enjoy, and start slow. You're not going to lose all your weight in one day, so don't wear yourself out on the first workout. If you join a gym or something, workout for half an hour, then increase your time in the gym on a weekly basis by at least 10 minutes.

Welcome to the club!!!! Anyway it is totally up to you whether or not you eat the right things. You don't say how old you are so I can only say that as you get older the weight will be harder to get rid of. In fact it will probably turn into 89-100 lbs over weight. It can be a sneaky thing. First your clothes dont fit the same way then you realize that it is harder and harder to get up the stairs. it starts to get harder to get off the couch. You knees and lower back seem to get sore for no real reason. Then when you go out to eat you have to have a table instead of a booth because you can squeeze in anymore. Then because of the weight you trip and fall now you have an injury to your back and because of the weight you cannot seem to get rid of the pain. You begin to gain more and more weight. Because all you can do now is sit around the house and eat.

log off of yahoo and get you body moving

a lot of people do not have a problem with how much they eat

they have a problem with how little they do

start by adding exercise to your regime even if it is walking.

the only way to lose weight effectively is to eat less and work out more

energy in and energy out need to be balanced

despite what you think you are not in pretty good health if you are 50 pounds over weight.

this adds stress to your heart and you bones that may not be visible to the naked eye

get a physical done let the Dr. decide whether you are healthy or not.
