I am only aware of one case where HIV seemed to have been contracted through saliva. It was a particular case where both people had open, bleeding sores in their mouths. The virus was transferred through the wounds.
HIV is only contracted through the exchange of vital fluids.

The only ways to get HIV from your boyfriend are:
sex (anytype)
or if his blood gets into your body somehow.
No you cant get HIV from someone by saliva
