You could ask him about something you learnt in class and then you have an excuse to strike up a conversation. Don't be to in-your-face just act casual. See what kind of vibe you get from him.

talking to this guy ain't a good Idea. My bezzie Zulekha done that and the guy just hated her more. Now he's threatening her and swearing at her, because he always says "How u get involved with me?!"
