I just want to correct you on something. People who don't eat breakfast mess up their metabolisms because their bodies go into starvation mode and you end up eating more the rest of the day. You DO NOT want to mess up your metabolism because as you get older, it slows down. Make sure you eat breakfast EVERYDAY! Also, you should type how old you are because you might've not hit puberty yet, which is when most people gain weight and develope hips, and breasts.
For breakfast, you should try having a bowl of cereal with some nuts, then a granola bar at 9. For lunch you should try having protein (turky sandwich), a serving of fruit and vegetables, and then a cookie for the carbs. Then for snack you should try having a power bar, it is like a whole meal, but feels like you're not eating that much so it is great for putting weight on. Then for dinner, don't over-eat, but make sure you're eating enough so you feel full, but not stuffed. Then of course, treat yourself to a light dessert.
If you're eating a lot, and not gaining weight, it just means you have a fast metabolism.. which is good but it will catch up will you later on. Make sure that you are exercising, but not too much because I know some people who are exercise-aholics and haven't gotten their period or gained weight due to that.
Hope this helps!

Whatever you do don't start eating fast food and junk foods. Yeah, you'll gain weight but you'll also get health problems that come along with it. Skinny people die of heart attacks too! Eat more healthy carbohydrates, also it you have a GNC store where you are from, they have a lot of weight gainer type shakes. For most people they want to lose weight that means cutting calories and adding more exercise, you would be the opposite consume more calories, and as one person mentioned speak to a personal trainer and let them know what your goals are.

I believe your weight translates to around 128 lbs. Can't really say I'm sorry for you since I'm fighting the battle of the bulge myself. Anyway, I put on weight by eating large servings of French fries swimming in ketchup. Eating late dinners has always worked for me. If you don't gain enough weight in time for the swim party, buy a cool mesh top and keep it on. I've seen people do that.

Eat extra, pastime much less is the typical rule. But severely do not achieve it the WRONG method by way of like plenty of rapid meals, and tons of icky meals prime in ldl cholesterol and terrible stuff in an effort to most effective make you unwell. Foods prime in fats however are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and crimson meat that would support...Eat meals prime in energy however do not move overboard. You do not desire to get overweight. ;) Lol xxxxx

Hi.
You should eat food from the basic food groups. If you are not gaining weigh you are not eating enough, it is as simple as that. You should always eat breakfast when you wake up and perhaps you should do weighlifting? It is good for the body in every respect (if you are healthy). I have heard people mention to me what you are talking about even if they think they are eating enough or plenty they in reality are not.
Hope this helped.

1-eat, you're really not eating enough to change
and YES you should be eating breakfast as its screwing with your metabolism and everything in the long run.....try 'the anabollic diet' and 't-dawg2.0' for diets that work to put muscle on and leave fat off
2-make sure your getting enough rest....most people dont
its when we grow...period
3-work out
following a full body program will take about 20-30 minutes a day and is fairly easy
do a search on 'chad waterbury' and read everything he writes....as he's one of the leading experts in full body training available

Lots of WHITE FOOD .... starches....
potatoes, chips, fries, bread, rice, pasta, cake, beans, crackers, cookies, anything with white sugar!
The McDona;d's fix that some recommend WILL put on weight, but you could suffer health consequences as shown in the recent documentary of a guy who lived off McD's food exclusively for a month--headaches, fatique, kidney or liver problems or something.
Really--starchy, white foods will fatten you up!

This sounds like I'm trying to be a smart A.
But total truth, Eat nothing but Mcdonalds for 30 days.
You don't have to "pig out" just eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will most surley gain weight.

You should get a trainer. I dont know if you want to get obese or just get in a good shape, but you should not be drinking soda, eating candy or fried food if you want to get in shape and gain weight.
You should drink creatine and a good protein shake with a banana before or even after you work out.
Deffinately invest in a good personal trainer though.
