You can take any flavored yogurt and add cereal to it. It's actually pretty tasty!

Actually, most breakfasts don't require that you have milk! Unless you're a cereal eater, and now there are options for those things too such as cereal bars you can hold in your hand and eat while you drive! If you feel that you must have milk to put on cereal, then you can try one of the soy varieties or rice silk milk. I'm not thinking that you'll like either of these options either, but give it a shot. What you might consider is to have an alternative type of breakfast, such as a breakfast rollup or wrap (cheese, lean meat or ham, tortilla).

There are lot of alternatives for getting your required calcium amounts. Most grocery stores now carry Soy Milk, Almond Milk, and Rice Milk. These come plain or in different flavors.
Other options would be to include calcium fortified foods; eg: cheese. and OJ to your diet.

I don't like milk either, but I do like 'half and half' or 'cream' so I use those on my cold cereal ... or you could use 'soy milk' if you like 'cold cereal' ... or you could have 'toast' and a piece of fruit, but you'll need to take some 'calcium' if you are a 'young female' (menstruating age, or pregnant) or are into 'high energy sports' ... and you can also eat anything that you'd eat 'later in the day' for breakfast ... I like 'leftovers' in the morning, because they're 'quick, easy, and tasty' and I just have to nuke them and eat.

Rice milk, soy milk, almond milk. I have not drank dairy milk in 20+ years due to general disdain for cows milk. Try any "Trader Joe's" or Whole Foods Market.

Chocolate milk is the best, but if you don't like dairy in general i suggest orange juice, or even grape juice. Water can also go good with breakfast.

There's no hard and fast rule that says you *have* to drink milk with breakfast. You could have soy milk, any type of juice (orange, apple, tomato, etc.), coffee, hot tea, iced tea, Coca Cola--really whatever you want!

Wait...do most breakfast cereals actually "require" milk? That's news to me, as I actually eat my cereal dry and sans anything. I don't really care for milk myself.
