I'm going to really start working hard to lose weight. I'm not that big but still, I want to be thinner.
So, I will continue to work out and no more junk food. All healthy junk. I'm going to whip myself into shape.

So, a small cup of special k cereal in the morning. Turkey sandwich for lunch with tea. Fruit after school with water. Some sort of healthy dinner with water.
Does that sound good for getting in really good shape?

Make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals....also include water throughout the day instead of just for dinner. Include fiber in your meals also it'll fill you up and help with not feeling so hungry. Exercise also!! 3-5 times a week for atleast 30 min.

Make sure you eat minimum of 1200 calories a day r you will hit starvation mode. Have at least 4 servings of fruit and vegs, drink 8 glasses of water, get 8 hours of sleep, cardio 3x a week and strength training on opposite days. Every 4-6 weeks change up your routine. Increase cardio when it becomes easy same with strength training. Keep the body guessing to what you want to do and keep the muscles confused. It will work. Good luck.

That sounds like a great start. Just make sure you're getting in 5-8 servings of vegetables a day and at least 8 glasses of water as well. Treating yourself every once in awhile will also help you stick to your diet long term. Good luck!

Just make sure you are getting enough calories. If you are working hard, you need more calories because you are burning more - if you arent getting enough, your metabolism is going to slow down and you will either crash diet, or not loose too much (if any). Just remember, if you are feeling hunger pains or have a grumbling stomach - you are hungry and your body NEEDS more calories.

Sounds good though, just make sure you are getting enough to keep your body on track.

That sounds like a good diet. Just don't be too strict. Crash diets can be unhealthy. Let yourself have a favorite sweet snack once a week, that way you won't be craving it so much. Good luck!
