Hey peeps how do you get rid of cellulite anybody know?

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

despite some ridiculous answers you have already received there are ways to reduce the cellulite and if oyu exercise regularly then you can get rid of it totally. Be aware this wont happen overnight and could take months. I was reading an article from the FDA that recommended some products which I used last year and they have certainly worked. I use a tablet called cell u loss, some body buffing scrub and body contouring cream every day. I also work out about three times a week, nothing too strenuous but the combination has so far removed 90% of my cellulite in the last four to five months. I get my products from www.myhealthabc.net, you can get free advice too from a link to the nuritionist there so you can make sure you get the right products for your needs. I think more women should know about these products as they do work, good luck

Toxins and fats are a major cause to cellulite so you need make some alterations to your diet. You need to remove as much saturated fat from your diet as possible.
This means no more deep fried foods and take-away foods. To reduce the amount of toxins in your body you don't need a full detox diet. You just need to stay away from highly processed foods.

Don't bother with all the creams out there, I can promise you they won't work! trust me. The best thing you can do tone up by using weights and getting the laser cellulite removal or mesotherapy. I've seen the results of the mesotherapy and it's the best! It completely sculpts your body! I think it's cheaper than the laser too. Dont ya just hate cellulite! A lot of us girls get it and to get rid of it you need to exercise, drinking lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veg and stimulate the areas by rubbing and exfoliating (this helps to break down the fatty deposits). Don't shell out lots of cash on expensive products as they don't work.

Reduce body fat and build more muscle. Also you can try a skin firm lotion. Avon as a stretch mark / cellulite lotion. Or there sleek and slim leg lotion.

Anything with antioxidants in...L'oreal is meant to work well..But hey cellulite is natural!
