Those black things are the roots of your hair and pores that are blocked off - you need to exfoliate with a nylon exfoliating cloth - go to walmart, or any drug store & they're the rougher cloths that are by the bath stuff. Just keep doing that and I don't know why a guy would have to wax his leg hair, but that's what happens when you wax course hair incorrectly. Also, try using a shave minimizing lotion.

Ingrown hairs can be common. You can buy (in the same asile as shaving cream), a lotion/gel that is made for the bikini line that helps with ingrown hairs. Although the gel is made for a "specific area" it will work anywhere. Second tip: don't wax :) Third tip: when shaving, wait 10 minutes after entering the shower or bath, let the hot water soak in. The steam from the hot water will soften the hairs and also open up pores to help prevent ingrown hairs. Good luck!

Probably ingrown hairs down there. Next time, try a cream hair removal product - but do a "patch test" first to make sure you don't have any irritation or reaction from the chemicals. Then proceed to do a leg at a time.

Sounds like ingrown hairs, and it's pretty common. I have no idea how to remove them once they form, though, sorry. You can ask your DR.
