I am very slim 5'5 and 115 I would like to thicken up my legs and butt area and tone up my stomach, like Nelly Furtado did in her video. Any suggestions for workout routines?

I would suggest squats. then squats, then more squats.

Also sprints will do wonders to thicken your lower body. Look at all those olympic sprinters legs.

A trainer can help, but get credentials before you sign on. If it's not you thing --do uphill cardio, step aerobics like THE FIRM.
