This is a powder and I have tried sprinkling on food (No Go). I have tried pill poppers (no go). I have tried mixing with water and syringe down his throat (No go) I need a solution from someone who has done this with Tylosin specifically not other medicines.

I am sorry, I have no experience with this medication. I think the last person is correct. Call the vet and ask for advice. I had one kitten, that when you put a pill down it's throat (not powder) it would foam at the mouth like a washing machine. It was an awful experience. I had to take this one to the vet for help. I have raised over 100 cats and never experienced this before. Sometimes you just have to cry uncle and ask for help.

I find it easier to give a pill than a liquid. Many times, if you put a liquid in a cats food, they just don't eat the food (unlike a dog that will eat first, think about what they just ate later).

If the pills will be to big, then maybe the medication comes in a powder form that you can sprinkle on the food instead.

Mix it in with moist/wet food. Thats how I get my dog to take all her meds.

talk to the vet maybe there is another way to give the medication, maybe an injection or something.
