definitely...but you have to try and break the cycle(i know its easier said than done) Just to live and get by on a daily basis is made difficult for various reasons, and its usually a culmination of the 'little things' that make things become unbearable, it can seem there are too many solutions you have to find.I found myself constantly under pressure from life, and i realised it was down to a few things.i love the comfort and security being at home gives me, but also realised that if i only go out when i 'have to' ie work, supermarket, appointment etc you are CONSTANTLY under pressure to meet deadlines. It made me realise i was not 'enjoying my life' and going out when i wanted to...but with no specific purpose enabling me to clear my head. going to the park and just zoning out or sitting by a lake and gazing, helped lots as i was under no deadlines and could stay as long as i wanted. Try and find yourself a 'personal place' which is outdoors and peaceful, to give yourself time to think and rationalise. Writing the problems down helps a lot also, and although you may not want to , talk to someone about how you are feeling, you WILL feel better. Also as misery can seem like its always prevalent, acknowledge the times when things are going good, and cherish them (remember, life doesnt go smoothly and things go wrong. Life is a rough AND a smooth road, and unfortunately both have equal validity) its important NOT to take good times for granted. you must be able to draw on a time when you felt so happy or excited about something you could burst, unfortunately misery is just the other end of the spectrum.

The winner/players enjoy seeing the outsiders slide into misery as they continue to keep them as a target to insults and tricks. There comes a time when the outsider in a severe depression will breakdown and then to recover they are forced to live far away from friends and church members that made them feel so unwanted.

You can control your thoughts, negative thoughts lead to negative feelings. You can't have negative thoughts and feel good. Monitor your thinking and when you feel like it's sliding into misery, stop and turn it around with what you have to be grateful for in life. x

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have in life, and we all have the power to pick ourselves up, smile and get on with life.If you feel yourself getting miserable, think about something funny, listen to some uplifting music, and keep telling yourself that you are happy.it sounds silly, but positive thinking really does work.Happiness and peace can only come from within, and if we rely on others for happiness, we would spend our lives disappointed.

Yes, but u just have to focus on the good parts in your life, the more you dwell the worse u will feel. the first step is reaching out for answers to people who will listen, like right now.

mostly only in the winter months. I try to do one different thing each week and sometimes the arrangement and expectation of doing it is enough to stop the gloom. Only do nice things, like buying something, going somewhere nice or seeing nice people. This definetly works for me.
