1. I cough so much. I can't stop. Even when I sleep I cough every 10 seconds.

2. The coughing-so-much issue is causing the area below my chest but between my rib cage to ache every time. ???

3. My bones feel really weak because I haven't had any calcium from milk or anything in the past 2 days. What foods can I eat with calcium besides dairy?

Thanks in advance!

Have you seen your doctor? Get a "Z-Pack"!! You could have bronchitis. Have you tried a cough suppresant? Is your cough "productive" (does phlegm come up?) if so, take something like Musonex (an expectorant, usually guinafisen (sp?) Also a cough suppresant with Dextromethorophan.
I just got over really bad bronchitis, and I actually cracked a rib from coughing!!

I don;t know if your bones are weak from no calcium for twoo days... its more likely fatigue and aches from being sick. Tylenol PM will help with aches and help you sleep.

Get plenty of rest, drink fluids to keep from getting dehydrated (Gatorade is Awesome!)

But if you feel you need your calicium, you could chew some calcium chews, take some Tums or eat a pile of Kale (yuck).

I hope you feel better!

See your Doc!

I had the same thing for about 3.5 weeks. Poor u, because I know how you feel! well...drink some Orange Juice that has Calcium. I can't drink Milk, so I have OJ but with Calcium. Besides the Vitamin C will help you!
I pretty much suffered it out. I drank tea Chamomile and Echinacea. Drink these teas to help minimize your coughing with lemon and honey. Also I used cough drops..

Good luck! Get Well..
