What can I expect from a full mouth debridement?

Will it be painful? Does dentist use numbing medication? What all is done during procedure?

They will clean underneath the gum line. You will be administered some local anesthetic. It may be a little painful, but it's nothing major.

No meds are use so it is very painful and you are more likely than not to wind up horribly disfigured - have a nice day!

Why all the "thumb-downs"? If you can't appreciate humor, you might as well have your thumbs removed because you are no longer human.
