So im with this guy and our relationship is totally a no strings attached kind of thing. We both agreed thats all it would be. How do i make him stop being jealous when im with another guy ,and way too clingy when im just with him?

Simply put, you can't.
One of you was going to fall in love with the other eventually. We are human and yearn to be loved. You play with fire when you have "a no strings attached" relationship.
In this day in age of std's and aids I am shocked that you are taking the risk. Even with a condom you still have a relatively high risk of herpes.

OK well that situation doesn't seem to be working so ask him what he wants does he want to be exclusive or not. But then again if your not ready for that kind of relationship then you need to let him go.

Talk to him. Let him know that he is jeopradising (i don't have a dictionary) your friendship and don't want that to happen.
