My Boyfriend and i have just started to have sex and he is 17 im 13 but we have been together for 3 years and i want to have sex its not just him is there any thing that i can do ?????

He can be arrested and jailed for many years. It doesn't matter if you are OK with it. In the eyes of the law, and most people, you are not old enough or emotionally mature enough to know how doing this will affect your life.
Stop what you are doing. If he pressures you, tell your parents.

Well for starters let me ask you this? Are you in a position to be financially, emotionally, and physically able to support yourself and/or a child? If you answered no than you are too young to have sex. you are still a baby in the real world. I know at 13 you think you are all big and an adult, wrong. Don't ruin your life at 13 and his at 17.
The answer to you question is NO he cannot get locked up for Sagitory rape, but he can get locked up for statutory rape.

You and you're boyfriend have been together for three years and you're only 13?? You started dating when you were 10 and he was 14?? You're 13 and thinking about having sex??!! You are WAY TOO YOUNG!! Don't do it! Even if you think you want to do it, you will regret it later---trust me. You will regret it even more if you get pregnant or get an STD at your young age. You need to grow up first. I'm sorry to say it, but you're still a kid.

look he won't get locked up for it, i swear, as long as u have a parents consent then ur all set sweet heart....but if u do have sex with him and u don't want no one knowing then don't tell no one or he will get into deep ****, trust me.....it happened to my bf..
