We took her from a lady that couldn't care for her anymore and was going to put her to sleep. Her name is Gigi and she's adorable. We're keepng her, but she has some problems with her back.
My question is this: We already have 6 dogs! Two of which are in kennels all the time because one is dog aggresive and the other is a piddler. Another is in the kennel 70% of the time because he is 9 yrs old and still not potty trained. One dog is in the house, but if she's not laying on the rug, she gets yelled at. Two dogs are with my mom constantly, and if any other dog tries to get near her, the two shar pei's will atack it and pretty much kill it.
Now this little 5 yr old toy poodle is in the house and mom is oohing and ahhing over it and its her new flavor of the month. How do I tell her that when I leave for summer, I dont want to know that GiGi is going to be either in a kennel her whole life or hurt very bad by aggresive dogs?

Have you explained your concerns to her, as well as you explained them here?
Your doing the right thing, keep trying and 'good for you'
for trying to do whats right in this situation.
Maybe you could ask her to step over to the computer screen and show her what you have typed here...

What is going on is not good at all. If there is anyone around you that knows your family...they can call the police on your mom and have all the dogs taken away for inhumane treatment. If you are wanting a dog...take it with you. They are great companions. i have a Yorkie-Poo and she is just the best.
Maybe tell her to get rid of some of the animals or you are going to call the animal police on her and she will lose them all. I think that especially the ones in kennels all the time should be taken to an animal shelter or given to a better home. They deserve better and those kinds of conditions are inhumane and sick.
Sometime talking doesnt do it, but some threats do. Yes, it is your mom but sometimes you have to do what you gotta do.

I know how it is. Her mom is crazy and never takes care of things. All the dogs are stuck in kennels or places they cant stay. She's not going to enjoy the poodle forever. Its sad but its true. And I dont know what to do about it.

OK if you really wanna keep that dog you cant hide from it tell your mom to take some of the pets to the pound or just take the dog with you or you can not go to camp or just start over get rid of all six dogs and go get some at the pound there all trained trust me i know
