Can i scrape or cut these marks off to get rid of them?!

no, you cannot scrape them off.....there are two realisitc options for you: if they are fresh put cocoa butter on them and that wil help them fade. if they are old then you have go to a dermatologist and get a presciption.

only diet and exercise will help ! Do arm curls and some lifting that should give you some muscle and tighten up the area

yeah you can scrape them off if you want to bleed and have scrape scars...

Never try to do that, its only gonna make it worse.Well a friend recommended me this one product and i thought it really did me good. its called BIO OIL.
