Help... I need hair color/style websites...?

My hair is to my bra strap, I have thin to med thinkness of hair... and it is currently dishwater blonde. I want to go BROWN with some blonde highlights... I want Examples or pictures of what it looks like on others... or even myself.... I need something that is easy to manage... I dont want to cut my hair that much no shorter then shoulders....

so brown hair, blonde highlights, easy to manage, but CUTE!!!
I am wanting to go kind of dark...
