You're right, about 1.9 litres, or round it to 2.
Remember that everything has water in it. Fruits, vegetables, soups, etc. Even meat is 1/3 water!
Drink water frequently though. The more water, the better!

Everyone should drink water but I really think it depends on you how much you want to drink. If you drink other deluded beverages such as tea, coffee or juices that contain water, you shouldn't have to drink 6 to 8 glasses a day.

At least 8 8oz glasses. If you are active you should drink much more. By the time you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated.
