I tend to like everyone who posts in here regularly. Even if we are on differents sides of this issue, I learn things from them.
The only ones who bother me are the ones who ask the same questions that have been asked a great many time. Obviously I am talking about Pascal's Wager, "Prove there isn't a god" questions, etc. But, I get two points.
As far as the abuse issue. People are just rude sometimes. I can give a legitimate, honest, and accurate answer to a question, but by putting the term "atheist" under my post, I am guaranteed a thumbsdown or two. Kind of the way it goes.
It was interesting in you other question to see people hurling insults to you for a question that really wasn't a "controversial one".
Who knows.

In no particular order: Storm Chaser, Squishy, Godzilla, I Walk Funny, Laptop Jesus, Ymmo, Aqua, Jayelle, Vinslave, Raven’s Voice, Happykid, S Eomer thyr, Black Dragon, Parrot, Mirage, Agnosticmom, Scifiguy, Red Queen, Gorgeoustxwomen, Prairiecrow, Pangel, Sean, Bad Squirrel, The Dude, Zero Cool, J.P, Acid Zebra, Kallan, Adia Arek (who I think has changed his screen name to something else now), Bobby the Wolf, Smarty Pants, Yuri, Phoenix the mayor's wife, Seal of Orichalco, Grim Jack, bettierage, Gandalf, Rev. Red Mage, Proud Muslimah, etc...
Those are all people I like.
There are some I don't like namely the fundies that send me hate mail and some annoying folk: Leanne M, Kobra Jesus, Alexial Jastire, The Notorious Dr. Zoom Zoom, Dana S, Deep Sky, etc...
Not to mention I really wish Yahoo would let me kick certain off my fans list. *grumbles*

I love hearing from Father K, Eds and Primo, I really enjoy Dr. Linder's answers...and the others in my contacts list. I really don't have a least favorite.
Some people feel they have to say something and all they can come up with is an insult or an abuse. It's not a nice thing to do, but it really takes work to train yourself not to let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth (or your keyboard).

I can't remember the names of my least favourites (Canadian spelling), but I can tell them behind their questions. - Basically the ranters - the ones who are so sure they're right in their question you don't even bother to answer - and they cross all religions (christians included). The trolls don't bother me that much, they're just an annoyance.
My favourites are those who ask questions looking for answers, make you think and sometimes just have some fun in their questions and answers.
Check the profiles for contacts - that's where you'll see them listed - across the board from Father K, through Kallan, Lökásennä, Bettierage, Sean (king/mayor/whatever) and out to Rev Red Madge and even yourself (The Seal) (sorry if I missed anyone, but it would be a long list to put you all in)

A lot of people here are very annoying but I wont throw around any names. As for my favorite, I like most of the people here including you :P
Even when there is no reason to get attacked or hated somewhere someone still hates you for some reason. I dont know why but there are a few lunatics in every bunch right? dont worry about them

1. Anyone in my 360 list and a few others that haven't made it on there yet.
2. Fundies with bad attitudes... wait- they're my favorites too! I love them because they suck!
3. Because people don't always like what I have to say.
4. Curiosity killed the cat- practice kills thousands every day-

I like most people on here; I can't choose anyone in particular. I try not to dislike anyone, but there are always some people who can't use anything but abuse to further their point. Personally, I think it's because abuse is their last resort after all their attempts at reasoning have been disproven.

Yeah. My faves are in my 'Network'. They all think before they post, are generally tolerant of other people and have the ability to explain their beliefs simply and clearly. Some of them have such stunning insight it takes my breath away.
Least? The ones that just post one-liners that barely (if at all) answer the question filled with religious gibberish which I seriously doubt they even believe, let alone practise in 'real life'. Yes, you've seen them! Them ones!

I know exactly to whom you are referring by posting that link. If it helps, I'm one of the people who gave her a thumbs down.
My favorites are my contacts, although some have gone missing due to suspensions, and others I haven't seen in awhile so I've not yet been able to add them.
There are only a few that I dislike, and to keep the peace I'll not name them. Let it suffice to say that you can identify at least one.
***As to why people have to be so insulting-I don't know. Insecurity, maybe. Just be glad you don't live next to them.
