I have medium/long hair it is an inch ir so below my shoulders so it is easy to put my hair up. It's a strawberry blonde type colour, it can sometimes show dandruff. Any ideas of which shampoo and conditioner i should use? Everytime i go to the hairdressers my hairdresser told me nver to dye my hair because my hair colour is lovely. Quite a few hairdressers have told me this. So I'm not going to dye it but id like my hair to look nice, i regularly straighten it and i also curl it with tongs and without. thanx!

Rinnsing your hair and scalp with apple cider vinegar and water will help remove the dandruff and give your hair lots of shine and make it appear brighter. Try about 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar to 1 1/2c water.

T- gel is the best as it doesn't strip your hair like big commercial shampoos - head and shoulders etc

I have the exact same hair as you! Its freaky. Hair dressers and teachers always tell me how pretty my hair is tooand not to dye it. I use Herbal Essence Hello Hydrations and it works good. You could also use head and shoulders, It works good too.

t-gel is great for dandruff and flakey scalp problems, and is nice and gentle so wont strip your hair either. head and sholders is quite good too, but can leave your hair quite dry.

after you shampoo your hair, wash it out thoroughly. then use conditioner and wash that out thoroughly too. if this doesnt work, buy anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner and regularly use it.
