I'm NOT talking about pimples, whiteheads or blackheads. These are very similar, but they are under the skin and harder to get out. They also appear on my cheeks and are white hard bumps. You can really see them in a magnified mirror or in a black light. How can I prevent them? And how can I get rid of them. All I feel are these bumps on my forehead and the only way I've been able to get rid of them is to take a safety pin and poke underneath the white bump and get it out. But I still keep getting them and they don't go away unless I poke them. But I'm afraid of damaging my skin by doing that. All the dermatologist does is exfoliate my skin and I can do that at home and that's not working either. For the record, I'm 41 years old.

They're not pre-pimples. They stay the same and it doesn't form into a pimple. But thanks for answering.
