are the chances of prescription opiates showing up in a drug test greater when you have your period?

i took 2 oxycontin 5mg's yesterday and i have to take a drug test tomorrow for a job and i think it might show up more because there is blood in my urine.

Well if you are prescribed them you have nothing to worry about. Now there should not be blood in your urine ... well in the stream of urine. If you are worried about it make sure you clean your parts very well and the day you take it make sure you use a tampon and do not use the first of the stream when it comes out.. use a sample from midstream. If you truely do have blood in your urine then you have bigger problems than just a drug test. Hope this helps.
